Whatever the audience, groups really respond well to wine tastings, and I can help. We’ll tailor the presentation to your group to make sure that they’re getting the most out of the material. And whatever your topic (we can pick a region, a style, a controversy; it’s up to you), the point will be to demystify it all and make it fun. Lively discussion guaranteed.  

Events, Menus, & Perfect Pairings

Event planning is really changing, and I can help. It might just be something conventional, like reviewing the wine list to help you find bang for your buck. But whatever your budget, the right wines will make the menu shine, and get the conversation flowing. Maybe I can help compare RFQ’s in a bit more detail, or tune up your menu. No matter the plan, you should understand what you’re paying for and how to make your pairings sing. And, you might want someone to discuss it with your entourage (see above!). Cellar Management

Well worth the work; the patient will be amply rewarded. From the simple stuff (“I’d like to start, but I don’t know where”) to the complex, I’d love to hear about what you collect, and why. Together, we can plan ahead.
